1-General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Haruco-vert, hereinafter referred to as “Haruco-vert”, “us” or ”we”, at our website, mobile website, or via telephone.
By using Haruco-vert.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
2-Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at Haruco-vert.com include the statutory Value Added Tax and delivery charge.
Items priced under €100,- and Sale-items are excluded from other discounts (like a couponcode)
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries.
We offer worldwide shipping but please note: all charges for duties, taxes and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to the delivery of your order and shall be paid exclusively by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.
3-Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering options available to you are via Haruco-vert.com.
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an representative will contact you to settle the refund.

4-Delivery
Our garments will be specially created for you; we aim to deliver within 2 to 3 weeks following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow for an extra working days for deliveries, depends on where the items will be send. If you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.
We will confirm the shipping of your order after we received the full payment.
You can check the status of your order directly with the appointed carrier with the tracking-number provided to you in our email with dispatch confirmation.
You can also contact our client support through: info@haruco-vert.com one of our webshop assistants will update you on the status of your order.
5-Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items, please send us an email as soon as possible to: info@haruco-vert.com, our shop assistant will guide you through your order.
Please note that orders are processed as quickly as possible and that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. 6-Returns & Exchange
Haruco-vert guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
You will find more detailed information regarding our return process on the delivery note and in our Return Policy.
We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive items, exchanges are subject to availability in the size you require and may take up to a month to complete. Please contact info@haruco-vert.com, our web shop assistant will discuss your exchange options.
All customized orders cannot be returned.
7-Guarantee
If there are defects in the items you have purchased, Haruco-vert abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in items that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us.

Haruco-vert is responsible for the processing of all personal data collected through this website. Haruco-vert respects your privacy and complies with the provisions of the Dutch Act on Processing of Personal Data (“Appd”).
This Privacy Policy provides information on the processing of personal data collected via the website, as well as the rights of access and correction of such personal data in our database.
Haruco-vert processes personal data that is collected through the website. The following categories of personal data will be collected: name, address, contact and other information that you enter into forms on the Haruco-vert.com website.
We will collect personal data that you submit to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service or participate in competitions. The personal data that you submit to us may for example include contact information, and payment information. Haruco-vert uses your information to process orders quickly and efficiently and to inform you about Haruco-vert and its products. We will not share information with third parties, unless authorized by us for handling your order.

Thanks for purchasing our products at Haruco-vert.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, visibly or inevitably worn, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Return directions:
We recommend you to check what is inside your package. Does the package not match your order? Please contact us immediately at info@haruco-vert.com.
When you want to return your order please sent an email to info@haruco-vert.com, in which you explain what you would like to return and why. Do this within 14 days after receiving your order. Please mention the order number (on the invoice and in your confirmation email). Wait for the reply mail with instructions how to return your order.
Return conditions when returning your order:
• The returned products must be in their original packaging.
• The returned product may not be worn, washed, or damaged.
• All returning orders must be complete (including acessories).
Return costs are not refunded by Haruco-vert, they are at your own expense.
All our products are handmade and thus custom made. Due to those facts our deliverytime varies. Some products are made in advance, other products will start production after you order them.
We collaborate on several items with a non-profit organization that realizes small productions for designers and for their own shop. The main goal is to bring women from different backgrounds and nationalities together in an atelier and maintain craft techniques while encouraging them in socializing and learning the Dutch language.
